I designed the end-to-end design of Talent.com’s new mobile app, focused on making job searching faster, easier, and more human. Through user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI, we simplified the application process, improved job discovery, and added key features like tracking and smart filters. The result? A mobile experience that feels empowering — not overwhelming — and helps users land better jobs, faster.
